These terms govern your use of Fury by Phone, a pay-per-minute phone service operated as a sole proprietorship. By purchasing minutes, you agree to the terms below.
Fury by Phone sells fixed bundles of call time (5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes). After purchase, you receive a one-time 4-digit PIN by text or email, your choice. Calling in and entering that PIN connects you for exactly the number of minutes purchased; the call ends automatically when your time runs out.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use this service.
At checkout, you choose how to receive your PIN — by text message or by email. Either way, you'll get your PIN and the call-in number as soon as your purchase completes. PINs are single-use, but do not expire — redeem yours whenever you're ready.
Once your code has been delivered, the purchase is final. Codes don't expire, so there's no rush to use them, but delivered codes are not refundable. If you never receive your code through either delivery method, contact us and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Fury by Phone is a venting outlet, not counseling, therapy, or a crisis service, and no one on the line is a licensed mental health professional. It is not appropriate for medical emergencies or mental health crises. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, hang up and contact emergency services or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US).
You agree not to use the service to threaten, harass, or endanger anyone, to make illegal statements, or to attempt to abuse, bypass, or extend your purchased time. We reserve the right to end a call and refuse future service for violations of this section.
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted call quality, network availability, or that the service will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the call in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
