At checkout, you choose how to receive your access PIN: by text message or by email. Either way, you'll get your PIN and the call-in number as soon as your purchase completes.
The purchase is final. Codes don't expire, so there's no rush to use them -- but a delivered code is not eligible for a refund, whether or not you end up using it.
If you never receive your PIN by either method, contact us and we'll make it right.
